Aectual is collaborating with athletic apparel retailer lululemon to develop and install 3D-printed ceiling and storefront systems across key stores worldwide. The architectural elements are designed to reflect lululemon’s brand identity, drawing inspiration from the company’s logo and product design lines.

The 3D-printed installations feature double-curved surfaces that create sculptural interior spaces. Aectual produces these architectural panels using a custom printing technique that allows seamless connections between panels, forming continuous surfaces throughout each store.
The first installations appeared in Milan, followed by lululemon’s SoHo flagship store in New York. Additional locations are currently being developed in Birmingham, Tokyo, and other cities as part of the ongoing global expansion.

The ceiling and storefront components are manufactured using Aectual’s recycled consumer waste material blend. The materials meet fire-retardant and UV-stable specifications for interior use and are certified for local market requirements in each region.
The system is part of Aectual’s Circular Service program, which allows the architectural components to be collected and reprinted into new products when they reach end of use. Each store location receives a customized configuration designed to fit its specific architectural requirements while maintaining consistent brand elements.
