Aibuild has launched version 2.0 of its AI-powered additive manufacturing software at RAPID + TCT. The update introduces enhanced features and strategic partnerships, particularly in large-format 3D printing. Aibuild’s cloud platform allows users to control the entire manufacturing process, automating toolpath generation for industrial 3D printing.
The new version supports full automation, making every operation traceable and reusable, with manufacturing strategies defined once and toolpaths generated with a single click. AI Copilot, an integrated assistant, reduces the need for expert knowledge by recommending and performing actions autonomously.
Updates also include integration with a growing network of AM hardware and materials, creating a unified manufacturing platform. The open platform architecture and visual programming interface enhance usability, while Access Anywhere, the secure ISO 27001 certified cloud infrastructure, enables AM workflows from any device without installations or file management.
Aibuild has partnered with companies like WASP, integrating their CEREBRO hardware onto Aibuild as a digital twin. This update not only improves software capabilities but also highlights Aibuild’s commitment to advancing AM with its partners.
