The integration of BEAD technology into AdaOne introduces a range of unique features tailored specifically for tooling production. These features include automatic internal support generation, localized double bead on main surfaces, selective corner compensation, and continuous printing path optimization. Together, these functionalities optimize tooling production, reducing design time, material usage, and print time while ensuring the correct final geometry after machining.

Furthermore, Belotti’s collaboration with Airtech ensures that operators receive pre-configured settings tailored to their specific materials, seamlessly meeting industry standards and enhancing overall manufacturing efficiency.

By simplifying path programming, reducing material usage, and shortening print time, Belotti’s integration of BEAD technology into AdaOne software revolutionizes mold manufacturing, making it more accessible and cost-effective for a broader audience.

“Collaborating with Belotti’s expert team while applying our expertise in user experience and software development allows us to integrate numerous and unique features into a robust, stable, and industrial-grade solution,” said Emil Johansson, CPO of ADAXIS.

In summary, the integration of BEAD technology into AdaOne software by Belotti and ADAXIS represents a groundbreaking advancement in mold manufacturing efficiency, empowering operators to leverage advanced additive manufacturing techniques with ease and precision.
