By harnessing the power of Siemens Xcelerator, Lazer Sport has achieved remarkable strides in safety enhancement, design innovation, and sustainability objectives. Through the utilization of Siemens NX and Simcenter 3D software, Lazer Sport has navigated intricate design complexities, conducts thorough digital simulations, and seamlessly integrated 3D printing for rapid prototyping.
The system, a decade in development, offers cyclists advanced protection with EPS foam crumple zones, lighter weight, improved cooling, and reduced plastic, aligning with environmental goals.
