Phasio and Dyndrite Integrate Systems for Automated HP Multi Jet Fusion Workflow

September 25, 2025

Phasio and Dyndrite announced an integration that automates the workflow for HP Multi Jet Fusion 3D printing systems from order to print preparation. The combined platform eliminates manual steps in the manufacturing process by connecting Phasio’s order management system with Dyndrite’s MJF Pro build preparation software. The integration supports HP’s MJF printer models including the 4200, 5200, 5400, 5600, and 580 series.

“Phasio’s mission has always been to eliminate the barriers between the front office and manufacturing,” said Harry Lucas, founder and CEO of Phasio. “By integrating Dyndrite MJF Pro into our platform, we’ve bridged the final mile to one of the most advanced additive production systems, the HP MJF, and brought our vision to life.” The system processes customer orders and dispatches them to available printers with real-time tracking capabilities.

The integration includes automated file handling, build optimization, and part labeling features. Dyndrite MJF Pro can nest thousands of parts and work with multi-gigabyte 3D files using Python APIs for build automation. The system maintains part orientation consistency across reorders and provides automated splitting for post-processing steps like color dyeing.

“From global enterprises to fast-moving startups, HP Multi Jet Fusion users want to focus on products and get them to market fast,” said Frank Lussier, Product Manager at Dyndrite. “They need automation, rapid iteration, traceable data, and one simple system to manage it all. With Phasio Powered by Dyndrite, they finally have it all- a fully digital, end-to-end pipeline for MJF. This is a major milestone for the industry.” The companies will demonstrate the technology at the ASTM ICAM 25 Conference on October 8, 2025.
