Prusa has released its advanced 3D printer, the Prusa Pro HT90. This new model supports high-end materials and integrates various features to enhance print quality.
The HT90 boasts a cylindrical print area of 300 mm in diameter and 400 mm in height. It includes an actively heated chamber (up to 90°C), an Input Shaper for high-speed printing, and swappable print heads (up to 500°C).
The custom cooling loop of the HT90 optimizes chamber temperature based on the material used, ensuring superior print quality. Additionally, the delta kinematics design places critical components outside the heated chamber, prolonging their lifespan and enabling faster printing speeds.
The HT90 excels with ASA, ABS, and PC due to its heated chamber and 300°C High-Flow print head. For high-end materials like PEEK and PEI, the 500°C high-temp print head provides excellent performance. Its compact design and advanced material support make it ideal for various industries, including aerospace, automotive, and medical.
The HT90 also includes offline printing capabilities, a 7-inch touchscreen for easy navigation, and automatic calibration. It is compatible with PrusaSlicer and various filament brands. Optional accessories, like the UF30 filament dryer and DryBox, help maintain filament quality.
The HT90, along with the new Prusament PEI 1010 filament, offers a cost-effective solution for high-end 3D printing needs. Visit the Prusa website for more details and to request a quote.
