Xometry has released its Workcenter Mobile App, allowing manufacturing suppliers in its partner network to manage job offers and production workflows from smartphones. The mobile application connects partners to Xometry’s job board and Workcenter platform, which was originally launched in 2022 as a desktop-only solution.
The Workcenter platform serves as Xometry’s proprietary quote-to-cash system that enables partners to source work, manage operations, and monitor performance. Partners previously could only access these features through the desktop version of the platform.
“Xometry’s Workcenter Mobile is changing the game for suppliers in our partner network, who no longer have to step away from the shop floor to keep their businesses moving,” said Vaidy Raghavan, CTO at Xometry. “The app makes the Workcenter platform more accessible and ensures partners can stay on top of high-value opportunities.”
The mobile app includes features for job management, real-time communication through push notifications, and data capture capabilities for photos and status updates. Partners can also access support teams and receive updates about job opportunities while away from their desks.
The application is available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. Xometry operates an AI-powered marketplace that connects buyers and suppliers in the custom manufacturing sector.
