Optomec Aerosol JET HD

The Aerosol Jet HD System is a compact, configurable production platform that can dispense a wide range of materials with features as small as 20 microns. The system can also produce larger features, from 100’s of microns to millimeters, and print wide-area conformal coatings from 100 nanometers to 10’s of microns in thickness.

Applications:

  • – Advanced packaging (3D printed wires to connect bare die to surrounding circuitry without wirebonds)
  • – Precision dispensing (Drugs, conductive epoxies, UV curable adhesives and reactants)
  • – Printed passives (3D Printed resistors, capacitors, inductors)
  • – Non-planar printing (High standoff printing (up to 5mm) for printing on non-planar parts)
