The DMP Flex 350’s advanced environmental control and inert atmosphere ensure high-quality parts, making it ideal for precision applications. 3D Systems’ DMP platform and Precision Resource’s manufacturing capabilities will enable robust and efficient end-to-end solutions for metal AM parts. This integration will expand Precision Resource’s precision metal forming processes, offering new solutions and market opportunities.

3D Systems’ DMP Flex 350 features quick swap build modules and fast powder recycling, facilitating accelerated production. Its unique vacuum chamber reduces argon gas consumption while maintaining best-in-class oxygen purity, resulting in strong, high-purity parts. The included 3DXpert software supports the entire AM workflow, from design to post-processing.

“We are excited to partner with 3D Systems, a company that shares our dedication to excellence and innovation,” said Chris Gratton, general manager at Precision Resource.

“This partnership allows us to leverage the latest advancements in metal additive manufacturing, further positioning Precision Resource at the forefront of technological progress. This expansion into metal additive printing underscores Precision Resource’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional value to our clients, customers, partners, and stakeholders. As we embark on this exciting new chapter, we remain dedicated to our mission of excellence and continuous improvement.”

The collaboration leverages the combined expertise of both companies in metal manufacturing and high-value applications, addressing supply chain challenges through vertical integration and offering new solutions for critical components.
