AutoQuote3D Launches Full Platform to Streamline 3D Printing Quoting and Order Management

April 16, 2025

AutoQuote3D, the all-in-one quoting and order management platform for 3D printing businesses, has officially launched its full version following a successful beta in June 2024. Founded by software engineer and 3D printing entrepreneur Felix Izraitel, AutoQuote3D is designed to help print-on-demand businesses eliminate time-consuming manual quoting, reduce administrative overhead, and increase conversion rates—all at an affordable price.

Built by the Industry, for the Industry

Having firsthand experience running a 3D print-on-demand service, Izraitel understood the frustrations of manually quoting jobs that often didn’t convert into orders. AutoQuote3D was born from that insight and offers a streamlined quoting and workflow platform specifically built for 3D printing companies of all sizes.

The team behind AutoQuote3D combines decades of experience in software engineering and 3D printing sales, quoting, and manufacturing. Their mission: to provide a purpose-built tool for print-on-demand businesses that simplifies quoting and order handling while remaining accessible to businesses of any size.

Instant Quotes and Seamless Workflow

The platform embeds directly into a 3D printing business’s website or e-commerce store. Customers can upload 3D files, select materials, and receive an instant quote. If the quote meets their expectations, they can immediately proceed with payment, all without requiring manual back-and-forth.

On the business side, AutoQuote3D allows for complete order management: accepting jobs, accessing print files, managing production, collecting payments, and organizing fulfillment. Managing print jobs is streamlined through an intuitive dashboard that displays quotes, paid invoices, and job statuses at a glance.

The quoting engine automatically processes and slices uploaded files based on preset pricing parameters, ensuring fast, consistent estimates. Clients receive detailed quotes and payment links instantly—eliminating delays and increasing conversion rates.

Secure, Affordable, and Scalable

Security is built in. AutoQuote3D uses secure file hosting powered by Cloudflare R2 and Stripe for all payment handling. Customer-related payment information is never stored. Stripe’s Connected Account system ensures that customer payments go directly to the business’s own account, with no additional transaction fees beyond Stripe’s standard processing costs.

Currently, the software fully supports FFF/FDM, SLA, and SLS, with continued development to support additional technologies in the near future.

Unlike complex or overpriced solutions on the market, AutoQuote3D is designed to be flexible, easy to set up, and scalable. Pricing starts at just $15/month for the Starter tier, making it accessible for small shops, while enterprise plans offer custom integrations and support for large-scale operations.

Pricing Tiers:

  • Starter: $15/month — for small businesses and startups
  • Professional: $50/month — for growing teams
  • Service Bureau: $175/month — for high-volume operations
  • Enterprise: Custom plans available on request

Annual plans come with two free months of use.

Key Features:

  • Unlimited Automatic Quoting – Save time and reduce friction with instant customer-facing cost estimates.
  • Order & Workflow Management – Businesses can track quotes, jobs, and delivery statuses in one place.
Embedded Interface – Easily integrate the quoting tool on any website.
  • Automatic Invoicing & Payment – Integrated with Stripe for direct business payouts and zero added transaction fees.
  • Manual Control Where Needed – Customize pricing structures, material settings, workflow steps and themes.
  • Secure Infrastructure – File uploads powered by Cloudflare R2 and secure payments through Stripe.
