Peak Technology has acquired Jinxbot 3D Printing, expanding its additive manufacturing capabilities. The acquisition adds Jinxbot’s high-mix, rapid-turn prototyping services to Peak’s existing manufacturing solutions portfolio. Jinxbot, founded by Jason Reynolds, has operated since 2015 from its Mountain View base.
The integration aims to enhance services for customers in the Semiconductor, Bio-Medical, Aerospace, and Deep Tech sectors. Peak Technology views the acquisition as completing a key phase in its strategic growth plan. The combined capabilities will offer customers access to both additive and subtractive manufacturing solutions.
