Crafted from durable light-cured resin, the Silent Nite 3D represents a significant advancement from its predecessors. The clear, custom-fit design gently shifts the mandible forward, utilizing adjustable nylon connectors to open the airway and prevent collapse during sleep. Dentists can fine-tune the position of the mandible with replaceable connectors, ensuring optimal patient care while maintaining comfort.
One of the appliance’s key features is its scalloped edge. This design not only enhances retention but also minimizes contact with the patient’s gingiva, further improving comfort and compliance.
