Precision Resource will integrate two 3D Systems DMP Flex 350 Dual printers into its AS9100-certified facility in Huntington Beach, California. This partnership aims to expedite market entry for high-criticality applications in automotive, aerospace, heavy-duty, and medical device industries.
The DMP Flex 350’s advanced environmental control and inert atmosphere ensure high-quality parts, making it ideal for precision applications. 3D Systems’ DMP platform and Precision Resource’s manufacturing capabilities will enable robust and efficient end-to-end solutions for metal AM parts. This integration will expand Precision Resource’s precision metal forming processes, offering new solutions and market opportunities.
3D Systems’ DMP Flex 350 features quick swap build modules and fast powder recycling, facilitating accelerated production. Its unique vacuum chamber reduces argon gas consumption while maintaining best-in-class oxygen purity, resulting in strong, high-purity parts. The included 3DXpert software supports the entire AM workflow, from design to post-processing.
