MycroG, a builder based in Buenos Aires, has created a collection of 3D printed miniatures of classic keyboards and organs, which are stunningly realistic and accurate to their full-sized counterparts.
These tiny replicas include the Wurlitzer, Rhodes, Roland Juno-60, Yamaha CS-80 and DX-7, Hammond, and more. They are sold on Etsy and have garnered attention on Instagram, where IG user “The Wing Piano” has shared charming portraits of the miniatures with their full-sized counterparts.
You can see the mini CS-80 in the image below.
The level of detail on these 3D-printed miniatures is impressive, making them a great addition to any music enthusiast’s collection. These miniatures are not only visually appealing but also demonstrate the power of 3D printing technology to create highly precise and detailed objects. Many of the replicas have features such as moving pots, movable switches, and various other moving features as found on the full-sized versions.
The diminutive Juno-60 (below) even has its own keyboard stand.
If you are a fan of retro keyboards and synths, and would like to get your hands on one of the tiny replicas, you can head on over to the Etsy store at this link.
