FibreSeek has opened a limited global pre-sale of 500 FibreSeeker 3 printers, a desktop machine that lays continuous carbon fibre into plastic parts.
FibreSeek‘s Composite Fibre Co-Extrusion process feeds unbroken carbon fibre into the same print, which the company says can reach 900 MPa tensile strength and stand in for some machined metal pieces.

“We’ve been overwhelmed by the technical passion from engineers, especially within Australia’s rapidly growing mining and aerospace innovation sectors,” said Ryan Liu, CEO of FibreSeek. “With FibreSeeker 3, we aren’t just selling a 3D printer; we’re giving Australian creators the desktop capability to produce functional, flight-ready components at a fraction of traditional machining costs.”
The printer has a 300 by 300 by 245 mm build volume and a claimed top speed of 500 mm/s, with three print modes. Other specs listed by FibreSeek include a dual-nozzle system, a 65 degree Celsius heated chamber, auto-leveling, an AI camera, and the company’s Rocket Slicer software.
A Kickstarter campaign for the machine raised nearly $4.7 million from more than 1,500 backers. The new pre-sale is capped at 500 units. Australian pre-orders open September 10 at 4,699 AUD, 300 AUD below the 4,999 AUD list price. U.S. pre-orders open September 15.
FibreSeek grew out of Anisoprint’s aerospace composite work. The company says the FibreSeeker 3 is aimed at functional prototypes, tooling, robotics, and drones.
