Creality Falcon A1 Pro Set to Launch in August with Smarter, Faster 20W Laser Engraving

July 28, 2025

Creality Falcon, the laser engraving-focused sub-brand from Creality, is preparing to launch its most advanced desktop engraver to date. The new Falcon A1 Pro, featuring a 20W laser module, is designed to deliver professional-level performance with integrated intelligence and speed-enhancing features — all while remaining accessible to individual creators and small businesses.

Set to debut this August, the Falcon A1 Pro is built for users looking to turn creativity into results. Combining automation, safety, and connectivity, the system introduces a streamlined experience for engraving and cutting more than 350 materials — from wood and leather to ceramics and coated metals.

Launch Pricing and Early-Bird Offers

Pre-orders for the Falcon A1 Pro will run from August 5 to August 18, 2025 (EST), with limited-time early-bird pricing:

  • Super Early Bird – $659.40 (40% OFF)
    August 5–6 | Limited to 200 units
  • Early Bird – $769.30 (30% OFF)
    August 6–8 | Limited to 400 units
  • Last Chance – $879.20 (20% OFF)
    August 8–18 | Limited to 600 units

Intelligent Features Beyond Laser Power

While the Falcon A1 Pro’s 20W blue laser provides powerful cutting and engraving capabilities, its standout features go beyond raw wattage. A range of integrated smart functions elevates the user experience and improves productivity:

  • Remote Monitoring via App

Users can monitor progress in real time using a mobile app — whether from another room or while away from the workspace.

  • AI Autofocus with ±0.012” Accuracy

A built-in AI vision system combines a smart camera and red-dot laser ranging to achieve focus in under 3 seconds, adjusting to curved or uneven surfaces with precision.

  • Smart Touchscreen Interface

The Falcon A1 Pro features a phone-like interface with real-time previews and direct engraving from stored files — no PC needed.

For added flexibility, an optional 2W infrared (IR) red laser module is available for improved performance on dark surfaces and select plastics.

Engineered for Real-World Productivity

The Falcon A1 Pro offers engraving speeds of up to 600mm/s, paired with an 8-layer safety system for secure, high-speed production. The system integrates seamlessly with Creality’s wider ecosystem of rotary attachments, materials, and updated software.

Whether used for prototyping, small-scale manufacturing, or creative side projects, the Falcon A1 Pro is positioned to meet the needs of designers, makers, and entrepreneurs looking for a compact solution that delivers consistent, high-quality results.

Creality encourages interested users to mark their calendars and secure one of the limited early-bird offers. Additional information, live demonstrations, and community stories will be shared across Creality’s platforms leading up to the launch.
