As part of this partnership, Pac-Dent’s highly regarded Rodin Titan and Rodin Sculpture 3D printing resins will be validated for use with HeyGears’ UltraCraft A2D and UltraCraft ChairSide Pro 3D printers. These resins, known for their exceptional strength and performance, will be integrated seamlessly with HeyGears’ advanced digital workflows. This combination will ensure that dental professionals can achieve superior results across a range of dental restoration applications.

Pac-Dent, known for its dynamic growth and innovation in the dental sector, brings its expertise in manufacturing high-performance dental products, including 3D resins, preventive care, restoratives, and infection control solutions. With its Rodin Titan resin providing enhanced flexibility for long-term restorations and Rodin Sculpture offering exceptional strength with over 50% ceramic filler content for permanent crowns, bridges, and implants, Pac-Dent is well-positioned to support the evolving needs of dental practitioners. Through this collaboration, HeyGears will distribute Pac-Dent’s resins to customers using their digital dentistry solutions, offering expanded material options for 3D-printed applications.

Advancing Digital Dentistry with Seamless Workflow Integration

HeyGears, a leading provider of 3D printing solutions known for its innovative digital production systems, is committed to meeting the evolving needs of the dental industry. By combining its cutting-edge UltraCraft 3D printing technology with Pac-Dent’s premium resins, the partnership will empower dental professionals with a comprehensive suite of tools designed to streamline workflows and enhance production outcomes.

“We are thrilled to announce this partnership with Pac-Dent,” said Peiyan Gui, CEO and Co-founder of HeyGears. “By combining our expertise in 3D printing technology with Pac-Dent’s resin formulations, we are empowering dental application providers with the tools to meet their production and performance needs.”

This collaboration underscores the companies’ shared commitment to advancing dental technology. HeyGears delivers high-quality solutions to dental professionals around the world, from smart automation for dental labs to desktop production for clinics. Pac-Dent’s track record of innovation and integration of new technologies into dental products has made it a leader in the field, and the partnership will further elevate 3D printing capabilities for the industry.

Enabling High-Quality and Versatile Dental Applications

The Rodin Titan and Rodin Sculpture resins offer exceptional properties tailored for a wide range of dental restoration tasks. Rodin Titan is designed for full arch long-term restorations and provisional dentures, while Rodin Sculpture, containing over 50% ceramic filler, is ideal for permanent crowns, bridges, inlays, and onlays. By validating these resins with HeyGears’ UltraCraft printers, the partnership will enable clinicians and lab technicians to produce high-quality crown and bridge restorations, as well as AOX prostheses, with greater precision and efficiency.

Ryan Solorzano, Rodin Product Manager at Pac-Dent, highlighted the impact of the partnership: “This collaboration between HeyGears and Pac-Dent marks a significant milestone in dental 3D printing technology. Clinicians and lab technicians can now rely on seamless workflow integration to produce high-quality restorations with confidence.”
